Mama, Icha nak sekolah..

Danisha going to 4 yo next year. So org kata, dah sesuai sangat nak hantar dia pegi Playschool or kindergarten kan. By now, every minutes, every hour, every day.... asyik cakap pasal sekolah. Telinga kiterorg ni dah jadi kebas hari-hari cakap nak pegi sekolah.

So, for the past few weeks, we're looking for the best kindergarten + daycare for her near to our house. Jealousnyee those yang duduk dgn parents, boleh tengok-tengokkan anak masa kite pegi keje kan.. untungnye you all yea. The best example is my brother and sister. They are so lucky... dari kecik sampai dah sekolah, anak-anak mak yg tengokkan. I wish I live near to my mother's house. Bukan nak susahkan parents, kite letak maid kat rumah mak, at least ada mak boleh tengok-tengokkan maid jaga anak-anak kita. So maid tak lah buat suka suki kan...

So, finally we found few potential kindergarten with kebaboooommm fees. Yes, now i realized how expensive the education nowadays even for lil one, I mean for 4 years old toddler. Persoalannye, haruskan kite bukan akaun SSPN?? Terdapat beberapa isu disitu..later lorr kite elaborate k..... The fee, boleh dapat sebiji Galliera Damier idaman mama, tau Icha! (selfish mama in da house)

Having a few conversation with few senior colleagues and my sisters, yang ada 3 - 4 orang anak. How they managed financially and the most important things emotionally. I baru anak sorang, belum pun sekolah dah tersedu-sedu sbb cepat nya ko membesar nak... rasa cam baru semalam mengandungkan Danisha. Most of them prefers to send Muslim Kindergarten with English Medium, ada yang tak kisah langsung english or malay medium, sebab just a kindergarten...bukan university pun. Kindergarten or playschool just tempat untuk toddler bersosial, develop confident level, self-esteem, to learn phonic, alphabets....macam-macam. Yang paling penting masa di sekolah rendah & menengah, the real battle place. Tapi yang bagusnya sekarang Muslim kindy, boleh ajar anak-anak kita surah lazim, pandai mengaji, kenal Alif, Ba , Ta... tahu cara amik wudhu, cara solat.... tak sabarnya nak dengar Icha baca Fatihah dengan betul.

Apa criteria mommies untuk choose the right kindergarten/playschool/daycare?
My criteria are cleanliness (penting, sangat-sangat penting), cikgu yang baik, penyayang, lemah lembut dan pengasih, tempat yang menarik, syllabus-tak familiar lah, asal boleh baca, kenal huruf, pandai baca doa...etc?, persekitaran yang bersih, kemas, hazard free dan children's friendly. Fees yang berpatutan, ada exta coco like, aikido, swimming lesson or music lesson ke... what else ye??

To me, personally, I dont mind actually sending Danisha to the most outstanding kindergarten or just an ordinary school. I want her to develop her social skill, teamwork, communication skill (between her playmate), self-esteem, making new friends...mcm-mcm lah lagi. My dearest Mak pernah cakap, korang adik beradik sekolah tadika K***S je...menjadi orang semua punn..... heheheheh... mak, mak!

At this moment, daycare sangat penting. Dah dapat kinddy, pening cari daycare. Ada kinddy ok, best, takde pula daycare. Challenging betul, this is a parental journey. Most of the time, we're in disagreement. Sampai masam-masam muka kiteorg. Sape nak sekolah sebenarnyee ni...

Ada tak sekolah cam gini..... kalau ada, jgn kata anak, I pun nak masuk sekali..... happening kan!

Sambung nanti boleh tak...... will listed out the potential school in the next entry...

I pon tgh survey pre-school or playschool kat arsyad. end of this year baru masuk 3 years old, tp klau ikut tahun, next year dh 4 years old. so i still pk2 nk anta dia trus ke tak. tp mmg la fees tuk playschool pon dh mcm ape jek. sgt tinggi education cost skrg, tp kita nk yg the best je kan for our kids. So far, Genius Aulad is in my top list coz paling dekat ngan umah and affordable. hehe
